The catalyst can’t take care of all of it all of the time. Also, it could be leaking from other places such as EGR fittings/pipes, turbo flanges, and other exhaust spots prior to the catalyst.

It is possible to have a ‘normal’ amount of lag just from proper turbine sizing. If you turbo that Vette, please let me help. You don’t have to be very smart or very rich, just a little bit clever.

They develop the Super GT 2.0L engine there. Quite a bit going on past the customer area!
Part of my point, which admittedly I didn’t explain, is that it’s probably a higher flowing housing than its outward looks would imply.
That’s what lightweight housings tend to look like. Those won’t hold up to any sort of internal failure.
Does it come with dual-zone climate control, or does that cost extra if you order the fancy passenger seat?
