I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Christian Von Koenigsegg and his company are a bunch of geniuses. Leave it to the Swedes to truly innovate the automotive world and perhaps even save the ICE. The hybrid technology and everything these guys have is out of this world. I can’t wait until the FreeValve

Nice! Haven’t started on mine yet due to cash and tool issues, but I’ll have to do similar things to mine

Nothing too crazy but 240Z have a box shaped structure in the dogleg area. They often rust from the inside due to no drainage. Spots like that and little areas all over.

[HEAVY BREATHING]

The solution is white letter tires; they make everything look better. The larger wheels look nice, but the top Mustang would look just as badass if the tires had white lettering.

Easter Island officials further stated “We expect to have the statue back up and running in three days.”

“You provided nothing to back up any of your claims in this article.”

Look at those puny brakes. I’d be embarrassed to drive around in a car with massive wheels and civic sized brakes like this. Brakes like that only show that the car company doesn’t give a shit. That they’re just going through the motions. My IS300 which weights 1/2 as much as this thing has twice the brakes this thing

Big rims, good.

What I want to know is what’s driving this trend. Who was it decided that big wheels are more desirable, and why did it stick? What’s the history behind this?

High level parenting here.

Literally every accessory on electric cars, including the horn, uses the battery, so we’re already going that direction.

Yeah the Dobles that Jay Leno has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on are better. And came out in the 20’s well after Stanley was out of the steam business. The White steam cars were the best mass produced steam cars of the era.

What... no inward facing jump seats??

Rear-facing is better. That way, your children can SEE irresponsible, texting drivers nearly plow into them. This repetitive exposure to their own mortality at a young age frees them from their basest fears, allowing them to truly become their best selves.

BOTH ARE WRONG.

Steam is amazing. It’s potential was never followed through on as far as automobiles is concerned. I have a couple older Stanley’s and the amount of torque is just mind boggling. They will accelerate until the wooden wheels fall apart. Of course, they do catch on fire every now and then so there is that.

By the 1920's Steam powered cars were pretty much just as good as their gas powered counterparts. The later ones could be lit and started in 45 seconds. They had a shit ton of torque. And some steam cars broke speed records.
