TL;DR, I’ll let this guy explain:
My dad always said be careful wetting your willys because you never know when your rod will.... on second thought I'm not sure he meant it in this context.
If you dig deeper into the website, one of the suites comes with a cypress wood bathtub. I don’t even get to be in a cypress wood bathtub on land, let alone in a train, in a private suite. I need to win the lotto.
My family lives in Japan. I go visit them once a year, and we often take a short vacation together. We fancied one of those scenic train trips, and looked into it. They are fantastically expensive, and not only that, most of the best ones are sold out almost a year in advance! It’s not for a mere peasant like us.
“do not lower ball me.”
Agreed. COVID-19 is not some persistent aerosol that is randomly distributed throughout the environment and can strike at any time. It’s not a toxic gas, or radioactive ash, or a bioweapon designed to kill as widely as possible. It doesn’t exist in the air around your car as you drive along.
I’ve driven a Model-T before and 20mph is plenty fast even in that. I imagine glass was just too damn expensive and dangerous to use much in cars before the teens, could have something to do with it.
My wife is pretty adamantly opposed to couples costumes, but just look at how awesome this would be!!!
She’ll still say no though :(
Dealers also have the option to have a USB key for the subscription fee of ¥10,000 ($91) per month. With this USB key, they’re able to access the USS Auction database and bid on cars from the comfort of their own office.
Obligatory:
Scrolling through internally saying: “want, want, want, would have, want, want, want, want, want, would have, want, want, want, want”.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... Now that car gets my pp tingly
Rather bland compared with the DS9 concept promised a few years ago
The best looking Volvo vehicles are the concepts that don’t actually look like a Volvo. I’m sure it will get an extreme dullness makeover if it goes to production.
why ruin the rear visibility by ending the rear window so high up?
It's only 48 Freedom MPG. Not too impressive considering it only weighs a few hundredweight and has a 0-60 time measured in minutes.
It may only be a small car, but 57.5mpg sounds quite optimistic for an engine made out of cardboard and discarded Meccano, based on a 1950s design. No fuel injection here!
YAAAASSSSSS
That's a nice price for somebody, not me by any stretch, but somebody. This thing is weird enough and close to being a time capsule. It also needs the right kind of owner who laughs in the face of danger to actually drive it. A light blue paint job and a tiny flame job would triple the price.
