@macpatrik: Exactly. It's totally douchey to point this out over and over, but notice how Gizmodo didn't offer iTunes gift cards for videos of the issue.

No iTunes gift cards for people who produce video of the issue?

@Dr. Evil Genius: Guns of Summer: Wired claimed that Giz outed their source to get their computers back, so yeah, if that's true that's pretty weaselly cause it sort of starts and caps the story with a lack of professional ethics that may turn off some readers.

@PierceTheVin: Hopefully her tune will change once she sees that not everyone pirates all ebooks. Well, except hers since that's the only way you can get them...

One of the better articles you guys have churned out on the subject, but how exactly does the title relate to the content?

@GhostWhoWalks: Tom Hardy should be the next James Bond. Imjustsayin.

@gizmebrea: I regret that I have but one heart to give.

@gebinsk: I'd argue that attributing it to Gizmodo is a little generous. I'd say Consumer Reports probably had the greatest impact on the widest swath of people.

@chenry: I wish the Burlyman comics didn't just sort of end. Shaolin Cowboy was absolutely beautiful and freaking hilarious.

@Twyst3d: Yeah, I played it since I'm a big Schafer fan and it was pretty good, but there were also some mis-steps, but more than anything it had a lot of heart, which is sort of his thing. I was more trying to point out that Schafer's a bit like the locally owned and run market. You may not quite get the perfect

@Amun: Damn, I don't know if I've ever seen a photo of a person that better epitomized "I'm the one in the breakdancing troupe who is standing behind and between the two people who can actually dance" in my life.

@Husher: Danger, DOOM, or both? Whatever way, I agree! I don't know if I ever properly understood the near Shakespearean quality of word play some rappers use until I found DOOM.

@Husher: Probably one of the best rap albums ever.

@Twanzio: Jay-Zeezer's pretty good too.

@pist: Because you know more precisely when you're going to be served, and that if it's not a major issue you should be done in 15 minutes or they'll take it overnight. Compared to mailing a laptop back to Asus or dealing with the Geek Squad, it's pretty convenient. All for the price of going to a website and locking

@ryoshi: I don't think so Tim.

@Twyst3d: Schafer's a pretty good example of nice guys making it through and getting shit done too though.

@talkingstove: Seriously, how many times does this guy need to re-assert his thesis? Reminds me of reading the sort of BS I'd churn out pulling an all-nighter to finish some term paper I didn't care about.

@Batman: Totally. I mean, like, doesn't getting a tattoo of Pac-Man get a bit of a pass compared to geting something like a Zune tattoo since Pac-man has been around longer than most modern marriages?

@grendyll: The line about his "apocalyptic" encounter with a girl on the street gets me every time.
