I wanted to know Janice Rand. In a biblical sense.

So if they are going to explain why the Klingons look as they do, are they also going to explain why the bridge looks so radically different from TOS, and why there are lens flares everywhere?

Love on a Dessert Planet is more fun, and also messy.

Deep cut!

Good point. I either want a world that is completely explained, or one that leaves things assumed.

Was anyone else squicked out at how often DS9 showed Quark being masturbated? Seriously.

What's all this consarned nonsense with ridges and the like? The only real Klingons were from TOS! Now you kids get off my lawn!

I always took that plea as ironic, and certainly done in character. (As another datapoint, he does a long rant about how awesome the show Airwolf is, while admitting in interviews he never really saw the series.)

I'm completely the reverse. I loved B5 when it was on-air originally, but going back I have found it practically unwatchable. BSG, to me, is a vastly superior show.
