I think you drive it to an EV charging station and park across three spaces.

Case in point, my stepmother honestly believed that Hillary Clinton was going to ban airplanes if she was elected. All fucking air travel. She saw it on Facebook.  At least they don’t visit much.

“Excuse me, waiter.  There’s a file in my pizza.”

Goldbelly is very overpriced. You can order Italian Beef kits directly from Portillo’s, Deep Dish pizza from Giordano’s, and hot dogs from Vienna Beef.

Clearly we have one of Elon’s kids here.  Lol

Much easier to pay the taxes on cash. My mom won a new truck from a dealership about 20 years ago. She took out a loan on the truck to be able to pay the taxes on it, so in the end, she ended up with a car payment anyway. Granted, it was a small loan and nowhere near the cost of the truck, but still free is not

Yes, I’m miserable because you can’t control your children in a public space.

So what, just because you spend money your kids can act like little terrors in public? That’s not how society should work. If you can’t teach your children how to behave out in the world, there should be consequences.

Good. I wish we could do the same anywhere in public. Your little satan spawn rams the back of my foot with those “oh-so cute” miniature shopping carts at the grocery store? $50 fine.  Your booger-eating monster screams bloody murder at the movie theater?  $50 fine.

The key issue here is going to be how much money Alabama has donated to Clarence Thomas and his wife.

Why does anyone even use Twitter/X any more?

Eh, let me worry about my dinner and she can worry about hers. I’ll take photos of a special dinner for memories. I actually have a project I’m working on putting together a scrapbook of some of our favorite all time dinners with the tasting menu and a photo collage of some of the highlight dishes.

They went back to the scene to take a picture as a memento.  That is deeply disturbed and fucked up.

Yes, this drives me nuts, too. I live in Maryland which seems to have a lot of two and even three lane left turn lanes. People have no lane discipline at all. I have one hand over the horn the entire time I’m turning, waiting for the idiot next to me to drift over into my lane.

Exactly.  I see this at least once a week.

The main thing people don’t get about driving is actually driving.  Put down the  phone and pay attention to where you are going and what you are doing.  That’s it.

To be clear, I have primary insurance through my credit card which covers the rental.  It was because I didn’t pay for THEIR insurance that they put the hefty deposit down on the card.

I had this on recommendation from a friend in Oregon a few years back when I visited Bend.  It’s legit delicious.

Here’s a new one. I’m currently renting a car in Norway and because I declined their insurance, they put a $8000+ deposit on my card in case of damages. Luckily my limit is enough that I won’t have any issues using my card the rest of my trip, but still that could have screwed me over.

Fuck influencers, YouTubers, and people who constantly have to post selfies on social media. You can hardly travel anywhere without hordes of people lining up to take the same picture as everyone else.
