How petty of you.
Woot! That's them! Yujin makes them, oh wow. Out comes my wallet. :D
Aha! Found an old sold out listing on Amazon.co.jp...
Whoops, was just commenting on this, didn't see your post! I love the Takara Tomy series. For sure, prices are exorbitant even within Japan. I'm always on the lookout for the Wii one, for that eensy weensy teensy motion controller! Adorable and impossible to find, it seems.
I thought at first someone had just customized the dual stick tiny controller from the Takara Playstation History Collection from a few years back...
(In Japan as well)
Me too! I mean, I had some sense there were multiple accepted meanings, but didn't know it was so much in dispute until today, and have myself always used the wrong (popular) version and have no problem continuing to do so... heh heh. So railing against changing language is a bit of a glass house sort of thing.
On that note, I had to look up "beg the question" today as I've completely lost confidence in which way to use it. Google directed me to an archived discussion that asked if it was time to give up the fight and just accept the new usage, which is where people use it to mean "raise the question" instead of the original…
I do understand what you're saying but the use of the word implies seeing something of a titillating nature and thus has evolved it's own definition over time.
Always enjoy these videos, but it seems like they drop with less and less fanfare. Used to be that anticipation would percolate for days and weeks in the forums and boil over into the blogosphere beyond just gaming, there was far-reaching full-out excitement for a character or mode reveal, but I think they reached…
Yes, but I think what you're pointing out is consistent with Xerain's comment. Evangelion isn't a franchise sold on the nudity; that's not its focus. Fanservice is often interpreted as something like exploitation or titillation, but at its root it just means "a little bit extra". "Service" is one of those silly…
There are not enough words to describe how good this former housewife is at pulling off Chairman Mao.
I shall look forward to the teaser trailer in 2019, and the game in 2064!
This season is remarkably good. I credit Trey Parker's hiatus, right as we were getting the doc 6 Days to Air. For a while he's been burning the candle from both ends and I almost see his participation in the doc as a way to pull back the curtain, reveal the wizard, and in doing so give himself permission to change up…
God yes, I sat right up at that, which is my actual TV-watching "rofl" and is very rare. Consuming South Park for several years now has been a passive experience where I lose about 20 minutes here or there catching up with whole seasons I missed because it just isn't a relevant or funny show, but the writing and story…
Baaaaaaah double post. Errors. Kinja'd. Feck.

Haha! Yes, there is that. I was just complaining the other day about two docs that I really disliked: Blackfish and We Steal Secrets (the wikileaks thingie). Just loaded with agenda and dragging and nowhere near as informative as I hoped. Dear Mr. Watterson, however, and the Minecraft film by 2 Player Productions this…
In their defense (and in defense of all compilations/lists) a truly comprehensive sampling would make the video too long and/or pose more questions by inevitably leaving something out. Inasfar as they're previewing not just the planned doc but their approach to the material, a supercut of Aa, Bb, Cc and D would get…
