Slightly off topic but I have a 3 year old girl who is whip smart and bossy as hell! I’ve made a conscious effort to never tell her to be less bossy. Instead I try to focus on teaching her how to communicate clearly/effectively/kindly.

I think it’s important during those early months to do what’s best for your own sanity instead of trying to adhere to a bunch of rules that strangers made up. If you’re doing ok, baby’s gonna do ok :)
