That’s part of the problem of asking questions of a statistical sample filled with people who know nothing about economics (or other complex topics, for that matter). His supporters just parrot what he says and what they hear on Fox, regardless of actual reality. And they probably see “oh, the WSJ is saying things are

Again, I get what you’re saying, but this is a little puff of energy that’s not going to make a single lick of difference for the people who are actually going to vote D anyway. Who exactly are we convincing with this lame little whiff that all started with Pelosi shitting on the progressive wing in the first place?

Eh, I wish I shared your optimism. The base loves this shit and it’s not going to hurt anybody. All it does is distract from the actual metric ton of shit that’s happening.

Look, if we just play by the rules and make sure we always take the high road, everything will be fine. The norms are there for a reason, just stay civil and the situation will work itself out.

OK, the person is garbage, but we also had multiple stories from anonymous sources about how trash Amy Klobuchar is for being a shitty boss and eating salad with a comb. I think it’s a little silly to be writing essays on journalistic integrity and waxing about the ethics of sourcing here on Splinter.

Do you retroactively apply this ethic to the “LOL Amy K ate salad with a comb” posts, or nah?

Pardon me for being crass, but Facebook and Google know how your farts smell. And then for whatever reason, a basic headcount (that’s written in to the Constitution, no less! Not even an amendment; the actual body of the document mandates a census!) freaks people out.

The right wing has been hammering census paranoia for decades, yet we still haven’t learned. Meanwhile, Facebook and Google collect every last bit of actual personal information that people willingly offer up without a second thought.

Looks more like Fiefdom to me, which, well...

Trump is just trying to live up to his idol

The Social Security card form also says on it, specifically, not to carry it with you. So there’s that, too.
