And he stepped down from his seat while he was still fully with it to allow a younger justice selected by someone who also respected the court to take his spot.

Pardon me for being crass, but Facebook and Google know how your farts smell. And then for whatever reason, a basic headcount (that’s written in to the Constitution, no less! Not even an amendment; the actual body of the document mandates a census!) freaks people out.

The right wing has been hammering census paranoia for decades, yet we still haven’t learned. Meanwhile, Facebook and Google collect every last bit of actual personal information that people willingly offer up without a second thought.
