That's good to know. I've started listening exclusively to an alternative radio station. Shazam knows most of it, but I doubt it's all in the store. Thanks.

You can ask Siri "What song is this?" without having to unlock your phone or launching Shazam. It's great if you're in the car.

Thank god he had the presence of mind to adjust the camera during the descent. That was close.

One of my biggest concerns about the side stick arrangement is that the control inputs to one stick are not reflected in the other. When Air France 447 stalled and crashed into the sea (for a myriad of reasons) one of the pilots had the stick pulled all the way back but the other pilot did not know that. Pull back on

This is a great video, but I just wish they weren't edited by people with ADHD (and I mean no disrespect to anybody afflicted with that condition). I just wish they could stay on one shot long enough for me to appreciate what's going on. I get it; you're going with the beat of the music. Fine. Give me two or three

Aesthetically, I think Boeing just makes prettier airplanes, going all the way back to the B-47. And I still don't like the whole side stick thing that Airbus has going. Or mowing the lawn, or folding clothes, or cleaning the bathroom. So often anger can make you feel like things are just all screwed up, and

I read that title and thought that the first pic was a Photoshop. Then I realized that it IS the livery. Absolutely gorgeous, and what a fantastic way to evoke the home of Icelandair. Sadly, Hekla Aurora won't be paying a visit to AUS.

I wonder if that was really Jack Lord in that chair as it traversed the water, or actually a stuntman or other Navy officer. Editing can make anything look real.

Yes; what I meant was that Randy wasn't flying that day. Great article, btw. Enjoyed it.

Thanks, Chris. Now I have an excuse to post some pictures of Randy's MiG I've taken at various air shows. 1611 is not Randy, though. Don't remember who it was.

FYI: Requires OS 10.8 or higher.
