    @GnatB: I'm guessing that he showed some sort of unhealthy addiction to video games or maybe the video game community/multiplayer? That's the only thing I can think of in terms of Xbox Live. The judge must have felt it was detrimental to his well being.

    @Gameslaya: For a first offense though, I can see this being sufficient. Now, if he breaks the agreement, throw his ass in jail.

    @guitarherozer0: Persona 4 was bigger than 3 (at least I think it was) so if they did port it I would imagine a lot would be lost. The cutscenes would be the first to go like 3 but hopefully not much else.

    @rolsenrob: Just because he had a gun in a store doesn't mean he wanted to kill. Most robbers have the gun for intimidation only.

    @DarkHogosha: You underestimate some people's love of everything Japan. They will have no idea what they mean, but they'll pretend they do and make you feel stupid for not knowing it yourself.
