I bounced so hard off of Bleach a decade ago, I think I’d have a hard time coming back to it. Hueco Mundo or whatever it was called was like the first show that made teenage me realize that maybe some shows were just a waste of time, haha. But I hear the production on the new season is absolutely lovely.

I watched the

Yeah, it’s a weird choice. I watched the first two episodes, and while the aesthetic is there, I thought the writing and acting was on the level of those monthly Hulu horror movies - that is to say serviceable, but distracting.

He does, but he has several human hands sticking out from his body.

Also, every Marvel show this year sucked a fat one except Ms. Marvel, so glad to see it here.

I’m kinda in a weird position of being an anti-fan of some of the more popular prestige shows out there right now (Succession is so fucking mid you guys, I truly don’t understand why you all like it so much. Also, they should maybe hire someone to write them more than one single piece of music) - but Severance and

It depends on what you define as ‘adult themes’, honestly. I don’t know how aggressive the filtering is - but I know that the game as-shipped isn’t ever going to include anything as “adult” as “these sims are holding another sim captive in their basement and doing experiments on him. Also maybe he’s the son of the

Marvel’s Midnight Suns released this week, and it is exactly the X-Com and Slay the Spire baby that I didn’t know I desperately needed. Wish it wouldn’t crash every two hours on my Steam Deck, though.

This would have been a fun watch if I wasn’t consistently distracted by the fact that Kermit sounds like any given white, middle-aged office worker rather than, y’know, a puppet.

You are, in the strictest sense, correct.

I am always in a state of Harbourwatch.

She’s right and she should say it.

For my money, it’s a toss-up between Harbour and Winston Duke for hottest dudes getting big work. I wish Harbour was in, y’know, better movies overall - because I’m always tempted to watch just to get to watch him do stuff.

Worth mentioning: I only have the original switch, not the OLED or the lite.

It wouldn’t make me -worse- at Overwatch, lol.

I said initial guy was defensive because he intimated that I was in some way regretting my switch purchase based on my lack of interest in first party titles, when I never said that - or even implied it. I said the exact opposite - that I’d put hundreds of hours into it. It seemed like a weird reach, so: ‘defensive’.

T

Oh, I actually just re-ordered and paraphrased your point - all of the content was there. I used some authorial license on the caps lock, yeah, but it felt in the spirit of your comment: considering you’ve imagined a persecution complex and an extremely high level of emotional involvement into a pretty ordinary,

Just to recap:

Me: “I like this console but it’s use-case for me was replaced.”
First poster: “Uh, of course you shouldn’t have bought this console if you don’t like the first-party exclusives.”
Me: “Like I said, I like the console. I got plenty of use out of it - never mentioned the purchase not being worth it.”
You:

You . . . you are literally proving my exact point here. Wildly defensive based on a totally innocuous comment. Weird. Weirdo behavior.

I . . . didn’t say “nobody cares.” I’m not sure what point you’re trying to make here. It's a comment section? So I commented? You're the one who seems to be taking it personally.

Like I said: hundreds of hours in Indie titles over the few years I've had it. The switch is great for that. It just happens that the Steam Deck is better, and has superseded it entirely for me personally. Why are switch fans so defensive?

Sorry, but 100% of the streaming and review footage I’ve seen feature drops into sub-20 FPS. Which is a problem when the game already has PS2-level textures in spots.
