One woman on NPR described her THREE HOUR efforts to get both of her kids to two different schools in the morning - less than a dozen miles apart.

I work for an electric utility and the linemen I know make over 200k a year but thats a lot of overtime. There base pay rate can range up to over $50 per hour with experience; high 90k range based on a 40 hour week. I Work in the design and engineering side of electric utility and make similar hourly rate to an experie

I absolutely LOVE the way these are styled.  Granted, I have never driven one, but I double take each one of them I see, which is incredibly rare of any cat in OEM form

I remain shocked at the continued lack of market success for the 4th generation Mazda3. Earlier versions of the car were instrumental in keeping the company afloat, and the 3 retains some dedicated fans, but the overall market for small passenger vehicles has moved away from it.

I’ve owned too many VW’s to want another vw ;)

This is America, if you can’t get to at least upper middle class before 40, then you weren’t trying at all. I’m a minority, a first gen immigrant, and grew up poor as hell, and I hit six figures 4 years into my chosen career.

Trucks are useful because they have beds. Making them 4 door only makes them fucking worthless. Flame on motherfuckers.

I would like it if my photos placed in albums don’t show up in the camera roll.

I have a strangely hard time with this one. My gut reaction was that food service FOH was worse than customer-facing retail (I never worked non-sales retail). But there’s a catch. I was preparing to reply to you and tell you that you’re wrong, that I have a 2016 C350e and that I love it dearly - - - and then I remembered it’s at the shop today...

Can confirm the Tesla interiors are not up to par. The newer S & X are better than the early ones, but compared to BMW, Mercedes, or anything else in the same class, they are terrible.

The Tacoma is a dog ass terrible pickup, the cult following is just that- a cult. Gutless engine, bad transmission tuning, big time dive & squat from the suspension, cramped cabin, awful infotainment.... but at least they’re expensive.

I’d also like to throw all Teslas in the ring. In my experience, they drive just

I use radar cruise control all the time, even on suburban streets with a 35 mph speed limit.  That allows me to focus more on the road and the traffic, rather than continually glancing at the speedometer.

I humbly invite you to come visit the urban centers of Central Pennsylvania if you are so inclined some time. The cities of Reading, Lancaster and Lebanon are absolutely crawling with 90s shitboxes with wheels frequently more expensive than the going rate of the automobile they are bolted to.

A lot of people do this with their Ford Focuses in my area too. It’s annoying as hell.

So you’re saying I need to...eliminate... the competition?

Is it though? I haven’t found this to be a challenge, hence my new pandemic sized trousers.
