I was thinking a literal re-airing of the original.

It was known as a ‘jiggle’ show, so you are absolutely correct.

It was kind of both:  Being able to have female spies on a show like that was empowering back in the ‘70s but they also made it super male gazey so they’d get eyeballs on the screen.

Was Charlie’s Angels ever really for women though? I thought the whole point was that it was super male gazey. (This is a genuine question; I’m too young to have seen the show.)

Hey Couldn’t NBC just rebroadcast Earth 2 instead of The Pioneer? not that many people saw it the first time (after Seaquest).

While none of those are great numbers, the 3 surrounding Batwoman are 6, 15, and 8 years old. I think they would hope a new show would be better than that.

It’s heightened. It’s poppy, it’s fun, it’s violent, it’s crazy. It’s absurd. It’s kooky. It’s hilarious. It’s a little heartbreaking.
