Can we please bring back the summary image with ‘what I liked/disliked’ ?

The previous Nick crossover game, Nickelodeon Kart Racers (from a different developer) was criticized for this exact reason. My concern is that the game heavily favors competitive play at the expense of casual play. The lack of items and crazy stages makes everything feel so sedate.

From the footage we have so far, there’ve been no voice lines at all which is concerning.

hes not. Nick sold Doug to Disney. He’s not a Nick character anymore so they cant use him (or his alter ego Quail Man).

The thing that really puts me off about the game is the fact that there are no voices at all. It just sounds weird and empty.

I get the feeling that the developers would have made a killer fighting game regardless of whose characters appeared in it, Nickelodeon is just the ones that paid them to actually do it.

Yep. I don’t know what made them decide to go without them, but it is the wrong choice. Everything else about the game looks great, IMO. I don't know if they are something that could be added post release, but if they can, I hope they do it. 

Yessss, I’m a fool and couldn’t put my finger on it before but that’s absolutely what feels off for me. Looks very solid gameplay and graphically speaking, but no voice acting for characters who get most of their personality from their voices is kind of a problem.

Don’t forget the Koopabackdashwaveslide Hoverwalkmoonland.

It’s weird, the more Smash features it has, the more people respect the effort.

Wavedashing, dash dancing, L-canceling, zip smashing, trigger hopping, moon walking, short shrifting, kilt tossing, tube socking, cow tipping, wet willies, atomic wedgies, the dreaded rear admiral, front facing backwards-forwarding, back facing forwards-backwarding, yup, it’s all there!   

This looks like a very solid game, which is surprising since it is based on Nickelodeon properties. I could absolutely see this at tournaments. Hopefully they wouldn’t be as restrictive as Nintendo. I wish it had voice acting too, though.

Plus nobody browbeats meat eaters in the endless chicken sandwich and other fast food reviews here for what they’re putting in their bodies. Don’t know why that has to be the first thing in every Beyond/Impossible article, I don’t think anyone is espousing this (kind of awesome) junk food as healthy.

These processed faux meat products are a junk food treat for vegetarians who have an occasional hankering for fast food. That’s all, nobody who pays attention to nutrition thinks it’s healthier or eats this stuff five times a week. Vegetarians/Vegans like tasty trash some times like anyone else.

But you're not killing animals and the environmental impact of chicken farming isn't great. So ya know there's other reasons. 

Every health authority ever - Avoid processed food as much as possible. Processed food is really bad for you.
