Completely agree. Love It or List is so fake and formulaic. It is by far the worst of HGTV shows, and of Canadian based home improvement shows.

How can you criticize House Hunters for being fake when Love It or List easily creates the MOST fake drama and obviously staged problems of any HGTV show?
