I'd probably agree with Kirby: Planet Robobot. Stomping through the stages in a cute pink mech suit is everything I've ever wanted from a video game.

Yeah, I was surprised by how much I liked My Everything as the singles didn't really do anything for me.

Is that just the shows without UK broadcasters? I can't imagine E4 & Sky1 would be okay with having their imports show up on Netflix before they air them.

Incredibly glad Jane the Virgin will get another season! Also happy iZombie & The 100 will continue. The sites that talk about cancellations had me worried about all three so I'm glad I can put those fears to rest.

Documentary 2 didn't really do it for me so I was surprised by how much I liked 2.5. Possibly my favourite album of the year.

The only thing I didn't like was the kiss at the end. Aside from that, I didn't really find anything particularly bad about this episode. I was entertained and it kept me focused which is more than most shows manage.

The final went over 15 million including 7 day catch up viewing and the series as a whole averaged over 12.3 million. Pretty insane levels of viewing considering the ratings have been going down for basically every other show.

I think The Middle is still their 3rd highest rating comedy? (Behind Modern Family & The Goldbergs at the moment)

Yeah, Gina Rodriguez always does such a great job that I think I often take it for granted but during this episode I was constantly struck by what a wonderful performance she was giving.

I thought Petra was just using the first two points to make the third seem like the only option for Jane & Rafael.

I went to the UK/European premiere of Love Live! The School Idol Movie and had a great time. The crowd had a really nice atmosphere without ever getting so rowdy that it disrupted the movie. The movie itself wasn't perfect but it was a nice way to wrap up the series and being able to experience it with other fans made

I'm still amazed that the final managed to get a 55% audience share in the UK. It's crazy how it just out of nowhere became the biggest show on TV.

Why on earth did PBS rename The Great British Bake Off to be The Great British Baking Show? The show is a phenomenon in the UK; regularly attracting around 10 million viewers and making it the biggest TV show of the year.

Shaun the Sheep rates really well in Japan and often appears in the top 10 most watched animations of the week there. So I think the (almost) silent charm of Shaun the Sheep is definitely something that can be enjoyed almost universally. The film came out quite a while ago in the UK but I really enjoyed it.

No, it just means effeminate.

I thought the Serena Williams/Heather Watson match was pretty good but I think the crowd had a big part in it. For a moment it actually seemed like Heather could win and you could see how visibly frustrated Serena was getting at the crowd being almost completely against her.

Yeah, I watched Hachi: A Dog's Tale (based on Hachiko's story) and I was sobbing for the last thirty minutes. I'm sure the Futurama episode must have been inspired by Hachiko to some degree.

I was only around 11 at the time I watched Martha's series but I remember there were occasional lines of racism aimed at Martha yet nobody ever seemed to be called out for it. I'm not sure if they thought peppering a few lines of racism into the episodes set in the olden days was a sufficient way to deal with racist

When did she get another idol? She had one but she used it in the first merge tribal council when she would have otherwise gone home.

Thanks for reviewing this. I absolutely loved it and never would have found it otherwise.
