They’re smaller than Indy Lights, the muffler mounted above the diffuser to me looks like an SCCA-level car. The front wings look straight from Firman Cars as used on their Formula 1000 / Continental cars, but the bodywork and rear wing center mounts don’t match that manufacturer.

Not Formula E cars by a long shot, you can specifically see the muffler around 2:09. I’m thinking they’re either Formula 1000, Formula Continental, or Formula 2000 cars, it’s bugging me that I can’t figure out the specific model.
