I am literally worried about this not keeping up with the Mac and the Rari.

Wrong - Kia Sportage, Nissan Qashqai and many others prove you very wrong. They are practical cars with sturdy suspensions and great engines.
Don't they handle great thanks to fully independent rear suspension?
I don't get Jalops complaining about people "not buying cars". That's a good things. Back when people did buy cars, they bought shitboxes that just litter the roads. Now cars are better and a different type of commodity
Are you serious right now?! Cars in the US are dirt cheap.
Ruining old American car brands by way of Aveo rebadges and FWD V8s, with severe brand casualties and new ones called into life for no reason.
Their other cars *are* underpowered. How is 565bhp adequate for the range-topping V12 Aston which, historically, has always competed with the V12 GT Ferrari (575, 599, F12), and the V12 bonkers Lamborghini (Murcielago, Aventador)?
I suggest the Mercedes CLA - ruining the perfectly sound A-Class with a stupid artificial ass that is out of place on an FWD car. Not unlike the X-Type in concept. VW copied the (successful) CLS idea into the CC - then Mercedes copied the CC idea (FWD 4door coupe thingy), only with piss-poor proportions and garish…
How many have they sold again? It's not exactly a cash cow, guys.
It is what the X6 should be like.
Crack pipe. I wouldn't even mind a modern front, but it should have come from a TOYOTA, because, you know, it's a Toyota.
In Poland there are priests driving Lexus RX's, mkay? Too big.
Reminds me of GTA SA. Thought that was just a game, though.
I live in Europe. I agree Opel is not, and has never been, a posh brand. However, it's about (a little below) VW level. VW has budget brands, Seat and Skoda, and a premium brand, Audi.
Buick Boulevard (Chinese Holden) needs to be brought to the US and replace the LaCrosse.
Chevrolet is not necessarily cannibalizing Opel in Europe. Chevrolets are not Daewoo rebadges anymore. They are a more budget alternative on similar platforms but NEVER with rebadges.
I think it's a good idea to sell it at Buick dealerships (or any GM dealership, really), as "that Euro cool little car". Also bring the Zafira as a Buick, and a Chevrolet Orlando. Beautiful. It's how it works in Europe, Chev=budget, Opel=posh (ish).
I imagine, since Opel do all of the R&D, design and engineering job on most Buicks, they get a cut.
I could literally not agree more!
Would you call it the Firebird or Trans Am since the Camaro is on the same platform? And make it basically the modern-looking one, and make the two *at last* different?
