Your response just sold me on going to see the movie a second time, even if it is a Fantastic Four level disaster. I hope it does Jurassic World money and they reboot all the movies with women. And you can totally keep pretending its about artistic integrity.

I’m sorry, I stopped listening after you said you would see Batman v Superman. A movie starring Superman by people you think hate Superman. So you are torturing yourself and the people who are genuinely excited for Batman v Superman for what purpose I do not know.

The point is to make people like you mad. And that is enough to sell a ticket to me.

The all female Ghostbusters and Batman V Superman in the same day! Io9 is trying to manufacture a nerdrage storm!

No, I’m criticizing people for performance hate. Nobody is saying that you can’t hate Man of Steel, as I said, I respect that. The movie had serious flaws, I don’t think anyone can argue otherwise. What I’m criticizing is the constant need to throw out the same old tired complaints again and again. FOR YEARS! I’m over

Or maybe if it so upsetting to people like you that DC is letting Snyder make another superhero movie you could avoid articles about said movie. Because if you hate Man of Steel, surely you are not going to give your money to WB again with Batman v Superman. That would be crazy! So why care how many Batman movies WB

That’s why I’m over the Man of Steel hate. I can only speak for myself, but I was never going to see the Fantastic Four movie, even before it was revealed that it was the disaster it became. Because I don’t think that was an accurate portrayal of the comic and what made it so popular. I refuse to give money to

How hard is it for you to understand that telling people the same thing over and over and over and over again for years is not going to make everyone see Man of Steel or Batman v Superman the way you see it? It’s tiresome and downright insulting especially if you plan on seeing the movie anyway.

A complaint about Man of Steel! What would a WB/DC post be without one of those? Again. Saying the same thing. Again.

I think after Fantastic Four we see that people liking the movie they made is not always a sure thing.

It is crazy how a corporation designed to make money is excited about a character that has historically made them money. I mean what’s next?

NOW I MUST MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE KNOWS I HATE WB/DC! EVERY MOVIE POST RELATED TO DC SUPERHEROES MUST BE FILLED WITH MY RIGHTEOUS RAGE! I WILL SAY THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL DC DOES SOMETHING REASONABLE LIKE DESTROY MOVIES THEY HAVE ALREADY MADE AND INVESTED HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN!

Fox was hoping to luck into a Bryan Singer situation where the guy just kind of knew what to do with property and save them from the horror of actually doing their jobs and caring for the Fantastic Four. In a perfect world they would realize that all they are doing is wasting money and playing “keep away” from Marvel.

This is everybody’s fault. The studio hired a director who is clearly not cut out for big studio stuff and obviously had problems with the concept of the Fantastic Four, which is why he so heavily altered it. This was a bad fit and everyone was too shortsighted to walk away before it was too late. The result is that

While I’m cool with bringing a Chet to a Chad fight, others might take exception. Also I’m pretty sure the name Chet is beyond saving.

I now want to see a movie about one brave boy’s quest to redeem the name “Chad” from its inherent 80s teen movie douche status.

Man I miss the Authority.

His obliviousness is truly something special.

I know right? I’m like is this dude even a real person? He’s amazing, and by amazing I mean an astonishingly entitled moron who has no concept of real life. He probably changed the museum focus not because Jack the Ripper is an easy way to make a quick buck, but because focusing on East End women might attract too

This would be funny if it was not something that is actually happening. Or if this guy had even half a clue.
