Drove it for two years. You have my sympathies.

I would give the cost of that RV to see a typical owner attempt to climb up/down through that floor hatch. They are usually retirees who have barely functional joints.

We should all be thanking this driver... c’mon, anyone who has used a proper low-range gearbox has idly wondered at least once what would happen if you ran it in reverse.

Yes. I remember some years ago watching a video of a guy trying to talk a Volvo dealer into selling him one of their newest models, which the dealer only had the show model that they weren’t authorized to sell. The guy was offering tens of thousands over the MSRP, just so he would be the first to have it.

Once somewhere in SLC I was late and zooming through traffic, when I passed a cop. He got caught up trying to turn around, and luckily the road cleared just enough for him to be out of sight. I took the opportunity to zip down a sidestreet that was curvy, so by the time he made his way back I had disappeared... just

Ahhh, the time has finally come to off load this memory...

Hmmm... i’d think that the best tool to remove a stud is two nuts and a wrench.

I get that, but at some point the exaggeration detracts from the overall design... and burns retinas as a side effect.

Ugh, why do concepts always have idiotic Hot Wheels/Tonka wheels on them? It makes the whole thing look juvenile, and detracts from the rest of the design, parts of which might actually make the cut.

Ex-Dakar truck. Can never justify buying it, so by definition would be an overpay.

Tesla: What is this “modifications are documented and professional installers are making the changes” you speak of? Is that something that the Italians do?

DOOOOOO EEEEEEEETTT

I stand corrected. I guess my most vivid memory of it was slipping and busting my ass on it... maybe that’s just me.

Don’t knock it until you try it. Most fun I have ever had in my truck, and I’ve done Silver Lake. At times, your heart will be going a million miles an hour, with the truck going zero.

Yup - no real problem, when it’s nice and dry like that.

Can concur that it rolls over (2600 Jr)

Nah, you get in an accident, it’ll just rip it off. You’ll arrive at the hospital sans penis.

Which is idiotic, because real T-Rexes would eat a lot of dead stuff, and be thus classified as raptors. Science, bitches.

Good for you. Used your truck as intended. Have a truck, use the truck for truck stuff, wail on it offroad, tow stuff with it, drive it everyday, don’t care about the scratches. I paid good money for it brand new and I take care of it like it cost $70k, but i’ll be damned if it’s some pavement queen.

I love that my Honda 1980 moped literally has 4x the power.
