Its one of the highest forms of art. A tree like that is in a delicate state. To an artist, the creation is like a child. The tree is this family’s creation. So imagine a piece of masterful artwork that several generations of your family have worked on. I’m guessing you’re not much of an art fan or artist though.

We’ve known this about Redwoods for awhile too. They will fuse together and share resources. There are extremely rare albino redwoods that can be found. They cannot photosynthesize and are technically parasitic and being fed by surrounding trees.

Good analysis! I thought Drogon’s CG performance in that scene was the highlight of S8. They really nailed the facial expressions and intelligence behind those big eyes. It was one of the few moments in that season that had some nuance and history behind it. That and Ghost getting the pets that a good boy deserves. 

For me personally, randomization kind of kills it for me. This was the main reason I couldn’t get into Warframe. The procedurally generated maps just get boring. I would rather a static world, so that if I’m grinding a level I can become more efficient at it as I make subsequent runs.
