100% agree. I really loathe the ‘microwave dial’ shifters, particularly Jaguar’s with it’s extra useless complexity of going flush.

Tacky, plastic, fake air vents. They never look good. Never ever.

if your’re talking about the keen 911s. it s more than just a lift. Also I believe they are mostly former track cars so they were well loved before.

Stance.

This stupid thing:

This fucking shit right here:

I respect your opinion, but I dig safari builds.

The Bentley one is just brilliant.

“Low-profile” pop-up headlight conversions.

I’m not sure if it’s a “trend”, and it’s petty as all hell, but I don’t like brake light / turn signal combinations. When I see that red light come on, part of me wonders: “Is this guy slowing down with two of his brake lights burned out? (In a state without inspection requirements, this is a common occurrence), or

Rolling Coal

You can’t hear it but the cooler just sai d “Holy shit!”.

That’s not a rag. That’s a dust cozy for the printer. Do you not know how serious this situation is? That printer will be VERY dusty. Big problems.

And as I said before....

When the turbo spools up, it pulls in enough air to lower the air pressure in front of the car (see Bernoulli for an explanation). The air inside the cooler wants to join the party, so it pushes the lid up and escapes. If the cooler has a decent seal, it’ll be really hard to open for a few minutes.

Everyone, if you’re doing dyno pulls, make sure that everything that could get sucked into the turbo is either tied down or put away! Or else very bad things will happen.

I stalled out on the highway once in my STI. When I popped the hood a plastic bag had gotten sucked up and covered my air cleaner element. That was probably the easiest broke down on the side of the road fix I ever had.

Just of one the several ways I’m glad we don’t live in the Robocop future.
