Are these vans even legal to register in the United States? I know of some people who bought a cheap van like these and they are only able to use it on private property because they can’t register it.  They haul it to locations to use as a mobile tool box.

I own several of these things and have used them for years in hot or cold weather, as well as working with hundreds of people who use them in the same manner. I have never, ever heard them referred to as a “neck gaiter” Not even once.  Where did you come up with that term?
