Holy crap! I got almost 500 stars in about an hour by just writing what everyone was thinking.

Fucking moron.

Of course it won’t cure the problem, just like banning certain guns won’t cure gun violence... but it helps... and the only alternative is making them legal to own, buy, and sell, but not use... ever. That would make no sense.

At one point, a character holding the headset yells at his cohort something to the tune of “You think this is a game?!”... I was like, yeah, PS4 VR...

“1) There are perfectly “legal” devices that still function as jammers.”

I think Wes Anderson’s X-men should at least be nominated.

Maybe Bazooka Joe was really trapped in that bubble gum factory the whole time and we just thought it was a joke... Dear god.

I came here for this. Not disappointed. :)

Or a coolant puddle left by a leaky car and tears are water based. It’s not really oil or water, but it is more analogous to water. If you watch the scene again, even the Doctor thinks its a puddle of water at first. He even called it water before saying it’s not water. But he never calls it oil.

Engine fluid doesn’t imply oil. Most engine fluid is water, i.e. coolant. Also they didn’t make it flow like oil or look like any kind of oil. Furthermore, tears are’t oil. So saying “oil girlfriend” is confusing to say the least.

Can and have. And who says there is delays? 15fps doesn’t necessarily mean that there is lag. Just lower frame rates. 15FPS is a little low to be enjoyable but it is playable. I’ve done it. 30FPS is usually where it starts to get enjoyable. Anything more than 60FPS is a waste because the screen only does 60. 60

I disagree. Uni-taskers suck. I would never recommend a console to anyone. You don’t give people enough credit. Also you’d be surprised at what integrated graphics can do.

“Unusable for gaming”” is a relative term. Many gamers think anything under 60fps is unusable for games. Me, I play single player on easy difficulty and can play with 15FPS. Not happily, but I’ll get the job done. I’ve been here before. I used to build my own PCs 10 years ago. Then one day I got fed up with

Yeah, my mac was from the same time frame as the ps3. A little newer but it could play all the games I wanted from the year it came out, and it was just a mac mini with integrated graphics. There were even newer games that I’ve played with it. Most people are going to have a newer computer than 5yo that they simply

My bad, I thought they were still going for $400. Still, in the long run, PC is a better way to go. Installing windows and drivers is all automatic these days. Almost anyone can do it. You can even play most games with integrated graphics. You won’t get 60FPS but most casual gamers don’t care enough about that.

I built my machine from scratch in 30-40min with all brand new parts from Amazon. It’s not rocket surgery. It was pretty close to top of the line. I went with an i5 instead of i7 and a GTX 1060 6GB card and it only cost about $700. I could have easily gone with cheaper new parts and kept it around the same price as

Yeah, I was thinking of getting a 4k tv just to see where the limits of this card are. I haven’t hit them yet. Sure looks great from my recliner on a 55" tv, 7' away, so I’ll save my money... for now.

Really... I found it very responsive. Also, I messed with the controls a bit. I have the right touch pad act as a touch pad instead of mimicking a thumbstick. Also there is the gyroscope controls that can help but I still need to get used to those for some games. As for the xbox controllers, never likes them.

Yeah, I’m rocking a 1060 right now and its great. I would never plop down full price for top of the line card. If you buy last years card it’s usually 1/4 the price and almost as good. I have yet to find a game that it can’t run on ultra settings. It’s also completely VR ready... though I have to wait for those
