You guys really need to get a captions feature up for your photos. If I don't know what I'm looking at, I really couldn't care less how "pretty" it seems.

A month of streaming all the content I could possibly want off of Netflix costs less than a ticket at pretty much all the movie theaters near me... I'm getting what I paid for.

And what leads you to believe the person didn't try to reasonably talk to the person in front of them first? Maybe the person reclining was a complete and total ass, said something completely inappropriate, and while not much more intelligent itself, the slapper responded as he did.

Good guitarists don't get to a point where they think they know it all and give up. Best guitarist I know has been buying mags since the 70's and has a ridiculous collection.

Sounds just about right. I've been saying this since the get go.

Last time I checked, you don't make walls out of particle board... So no, it doesn't really look half finished... It looks pretentious and hipster-ish...

Nah, you're right... My statement does overreach... But my point is simply that school is not this neat little box that everyone fits in.

Your vision is too narrow. Yes... They were forward thinking to make it very touch based. No... It's not because this is their iPad app vision. Sooner or later, Macs will be made touch compatible. If anything, that's what I take from this.

Nobody said education is dead. But it's also not the only path. Education is for those that need to be lead. Leaders set their own paths.

You know, overall, I think this is pretty cool. But for $100, they couldn't include any charging capabilities here? I mean... there's what... $10-15 max worth of electronics and plastic in this thing? I know Thinkgeek is all about exploiting nostalgia through ridiculous markup, and I accept it, 'cause hey, there's

System reset would almost be a dream come true.

Well, I never said it was quite the same... But it's certainly the closest available comparison. The root of my point is that time will tell. It's been done before, so it can be done again.

Your taxes at work.

If Intel wasn't worried, they wouldn't bother with a statement like this that's meant to deter interest in ARM based Windows 8. And yes... They have plenty to be worried. While x86 has been the architecture of choice to date, it's because it's been the only one that had wide support. It's quickly fading away as

Yup... this is the internet. You new to the party? This argument has been going on for ages... Serial vs. parallel, USB vs Firewire... etc...

You're way off buddy. I couldn't care less about those bogus articles I read way back when as well. There's a huge difference between watching a TV from across a room, and having the LCD right up in your face. Yes, pixel density makes a huge difference, and yes, I can see the difference between 720p and 1080p at

Because it would look fantastic at that pixel density...

Add a speedometer and an app for that and I'm sold.

Considering I don't "rent" movies from Netflix, this is a pretty weak attack.

Your brand new Chevy busts down. A cylinder was not built accurately to spec, and it's gone on to damage your engine even further. Who's fault is it... GM's, or one of the myriad of parts manufacturers and suppliers they use and should be monitoring for quality rather than blindly throwing all the parts into their
