Update your drivers? I have never had a single problem you just pointed out. If you're not using the correct drivers, that has nothing to do with Windows and everything to do with poor drivers from your device manufacturer.

Pandora is not simply hosting your purchased/licensed content. They are the licensee for the content you are accessing. Amazon is merely providing you centralized storage for the content YOU have licensed. Trying to distort the facts on that is nothing more than a cash grab.
