@dog44: Shows what you know about the business world.

Awesome. Nothing but fond memories of Winamp, all the way back to their 0.x days. I never really came up with a good reason to stop using them... Windows Media Player just stopped sucking and I stopped installing it.

@hostile-17: My best guess would be that it's not so much a process of getting glasses "made" for your prescription, but rather simply ordering a pair in the right prescription from them. They're still 3D glasses in the end... I doubt they're looking at bringing through a line of customizable frames and such any time

@animeman59: "It's time this country got it's head out of it's ass and start becoming more self-reliant on it's resources.

"As usual, whether the subject is antennas, Flash or shipments, there is more to the story and sooner or later, even people inside the distortion field will begin to resent being told half a story."

@RutgerHauer: That, or this is their way of saying "We couldn't get a demo unit"...

@hntergren: It's a start. For a lot of today's generation, it's also the best start they're going to get. Let those that want to have fun have fun... For the rest of them, this is a glimpse into something more.

"As a user, I prefer to sacrifice the superficial and truly horrible customization that all these phones offer—or rather, inflict on the user—in favor of a single approach, like Apple or Microsoft's"

I'm calling it... $800 and sporting an HDMI port, or this thing continues to fade into obscurity... Which is my real prediction, since I don't think they'll give us something sub-$1000, and even less likely to give us HDMI.

Yeah... Email a guy whining 8 times within the emails about you won't get a good grade, then publish it all when he points out their media relations department isn't there for getting students good grades...

There's a difference between choosing to not live in a home, and being homeless. Most importantly, the real homeless don't have laptops, iPads, or rechargeable credit cards.

Welcome to the Apple Repair Status Line.

@Phantom_Photon: This is considered a MediaRoom feature (the Microsoft software behind what you all know as U-Verse), not an Xbox feature. Do you see MS heavily promoting this as an Xbox feature ANYWHERE?

"So the 360 is in effect (unless you already have multiple boxes and want to get rid of one) a glorified remote control."

@Aquifel: In all fairness, you don't know what you don't know. Trying to fix something after you know what's wrong is where most people start on most problems.

I expected a hi price, 'cause I mean... This is Logitech... They're known for quality, and they've never been on the "cheap" side of things... But at $300, I can't help but feel that this is a huge opportunity missed. Should have been $250 max, but compared to feature and hardware rich consoles, you feel it should

@resilient: I was gonna let it slide because I mostly don't care... But you're right. It's nice to say "it's an allusion to" and yada yada on... But what the hell makes it an allusion?

Honestly, speculation is useless, and in this example, quite possibly dangerous.

"you should be able to share media from the Apple TV to your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad,"
