@Jason Flindall: I'm assuming the window is covered in plastic too to create a barrier, otherwise it entirely defeats the purpose. The sun will probably not be enough to offset the cold seeping in through that same window, and next thing you know, you've created an "insulated" cold room instead.

I honestly don't know what to make of this...

"with Lucas personally overseeing the process to make sure each one is as perfected as possible. "

A) You're not going to get this on anything close to current thicknesses for most LCD's

You know... I'm in the wrong industry. If I want to become rich, what I should really be doing is focusing my efforts towards creating something that creates a false sense of "security", figure out a way to market it to Airports as something they need, and then just wait for the next "terrorist attack" for everyone

@Arken: For one, they're creating ridiculous amounts of e-Waste as a result.

I think this sounds like a horrible idea that would not appeal to me even remotely... But you know, for many people, especially those with families... It's cheaper to spend $30 and watch it in the comfort of your own home than it will be to spend $60 taking the wife and kids out to a movie with treats.

@gadgetfreak1: Now THIS I somewhat like. The others... Not so much.

"And the $2500 price tag pretty much ensures that this'll be used mostly on construction sites of companies with big budgets, or by extremely wealthy klutzes."

@Hooray4Zoidberg: Wood done right always ages well. The trick is to not make it tacky from the start.

Or, don't hurt your resale value, get some of that textured frost plastic wrap you cover text books in... And achieve better, more uniform results with both less work and more thought put into the process.

You're reading way to into that...

Oh, Windows Phone 7... I was so excited despite the horrible name... And yet you guys seem to be so aimed at copying the iPhone that you're making all their same mistakes too!

If this opens up the SNL back catalog or even just some clips to Canadians... This is awesome news.

@senselocke: Couldn't have said it better myself.

Of course... It wouldn't be a Nintendo product if they didn't keep trying to "reinvent" it (if you can call it that) and then try to gouge you all over again with it.

Is there anything that Apple ships that they don't experience delays on? I think we'd have less frequent articles if we started focusing on those.

@Trickyhop: That'd be more or less an Android/Sony partnership, which I personally wouldn't want to see. I'm expecting the next PSP to be kick-ass! Killer! Awesome! All those wonderful adjectives!
