Or on purpose....Romulan saboteurs strike again.

He made fun of school shooting victims

I feel that’s been the go to trend since maybe ST6, though that was a fun one that was solved through brains and the timely arrival of an old friend. Was there any Next Gen movie where the Ent didn’t get pieces blown off it? Heck, the Galaxy class is often argued as a deathtrap/ failure because of how overused warp

Obligatory:

Never heard of that one, and I don’t think I recognize the actor“

I honestly suspect a lack of sufficient sex, violence or power fantasy, compared to a lot of stuff which is obviously much trashier but universally positively reviewed.

Mixed reviews. A few people really hated it.

The last Dune book? There was nothing published after Chapterhouse.

Well, it reminds me of the whole Nature vs Nurture debate.

Amen.

Well there is that Yellowstone caldera...

Yeah the folks that are nostalgic for some past era are the biggest window to how poorly history is actually taught. It ain’t great now, but I wouldn’t trade it to go live in any previous era.

2020 has taught me the problem with America is that it’s full of Americans. It’s going to be very difficult to fix.

It wasn’t until I was taking an advanced history class in college that I read any slave narratives. It took about 5 pages to shatter the remaining bits of Lost Cause narrative I had grown up with. It’s the only thing I’ve ever read that made me physically ill. I also firmly believe it should be required (in-class)

I remember that the history class I took in my first semester of college focused on the treatment of Natives by Americans, especially post-Civil War. A bunch of my classmates were shocked by how brutal the treatment was.

They’re mad because they know it’s right.

It is it's own religion, really. Americanism.

Honestly it’s what we deserve at this point.

I for one welcome my new alien overlords.
