Ok, I gave the game a shot, and the timer thing is a non-issue. The one thing that does bug me is the fact that there is not a new random seed upon reload. Which is fine in most cases, but I played a mission which turned all Aliens the movie on me and my Sigourney Weaver was out with an injury. It would have been nice…

Wish I would have heard about the turn limits before I bought it. So I’m going to wait for a mod to turn off the timers before I play.
