In many states children can own firearms, in most they can carry them with some conditions. In PA a 7 year old can hunt deer with a high powered rifle. ( Thank God my second grade grandson has no one stupid enough to teach him to shoot.)

You assume the Fremen are dark and the nobles are white.  There is nothing in the novel that would lead you to believe that. And it was a superhero not a white man that was predicted and showed up.

I had that generation Villager, it was extremely comfortable the front seats were like arm chairs, got a excellent mileage 25mpg or better, had adequate speed, held 4 people and all a college kid needed for a year at school, drove it over 100,000 miles without any mechanical problems.
