I didn't actually get to the talk, the entirety of the Wellesley community showed up in force to argue with her, so there wasn't enough space. I heard that it was so packed that some of the members of the Republican club couldn't even make it in.

When I was at Wellesley the Republican club brought Phyllis Schlafly to give a talk on campus. There were definitely women there who I can see believing this and they were often very vocal about their anti-choice beliefs.
I know, it's the weirdest thing. Everything else he will immediately attempt to eat, but if you put peanut butter near him, he'll just sniff it and turn his head away.
My dog is weird and really dislikes peanut butter, which is really funny considering he eats EVERYTHING else he can put in his mouth. So instead I buy cheezy whiz and use that in place of peanut butter. He loves cheese.
Wegman's also sells bulk meat and I think it's about par with Sam's/Costco.
After my husband proposed he mentioned that he thought of asking my dad first but it's a long drive to NY and he didn't feel like waiting. I told him I was glad he didn't, because I very much dislike that practice.
I am completely biased against this today because yesterday I spent a couple hours comforting my really good friend who found out her boyfriend cheated on her. She doesn't blame the girl he cheated with (the other woman didn't know the guy she went out with was in a long term relationship) but her ex is a dick face. …
It is possible that she waited until she was in a safer, more secure position before filing. If she filed while still working under her previous conditions, they could have postponed moving her again, leaving her in an environment where she was harassed and threatened throughout the duration of the lawsuit.
It really did! I was hoping for more of a maple backflavor, but it was all smoky bacon. It just did not work. I admire Rogue for trying new and different things with beer, and sometimes it works. But this was not a winner to me.
I used to be a coxson for a competitive crew team, and my favorite boat to cox was a women's 4 who were amazing and won every race (they even went to a race in europe and won there, sadly I was unable to go so they used the other coxson).
Accutane wasn't permanent for me. I was clear for a couple years, but started breaking out again. My acne is hormonal, the only thing that worked is being on birth control constantly.
My favorite 1 star review was for a restaurant that opened recently, and was advertising itself as a relatively upscale craft beer and artisanal pizza place, featuring a large bar and no kids menu. The author of the review was upset because he brought his kids and they didn't serve chocolate milk.
I can't figure out if my dog likes his bed or not. He only sleeps on it about 30% of the time, and I was worried that it was because it wasn't comfy enough (but then he also seems perfectly content to sleep on the hard kitchen tile, so who knows what he finds comfortable?)
For the record, out of the 100 invitations I mailed out for my wedding, at least 2 got lost in the mail. But I called those people when I hadn't received RSVPs by the due date so I knew that it had happened. I felt bad though because one of my friends whose invitation got lost wasn't able to make it by the time I…
Jan. 16 is my two year anniversary for my rescued mutt. I'm trying to decide what to get him for a present. A big treat is a given, but I also think he needs a new posh bed.
It's funny because my husband's family had a similar issue. Their name is Polish, but the spelling made it look more like they were Jewish. The story I'm told is that at one point back around 1950 they wanted to buy a house in a particular neighborhood near DC, and when the other people in the neighborhood heard…
That's a good point. So I can call him a nice guy if I want. Or an awesome guy. He usually just shrugs his shoulders and doesn't say anything when I compliment him.
I know, I actually hate the fact that I can't call my husband a nice guy because people would think I was saying "Nice Guy". He is a super nice person, to everyone, both men and women and children and animals. He's super polite, and extremely loyal to his friends. But he also has a ton of interests, of all…
I married a genuinely nice person, who loves me 100% of the time, respects me 100% of the time and uses me for sex 0% of the time. (We have consensual sex that we BOTH enjoy and initiate, so no one uses the other person.)
I understand how you feel. I had really bad acne growing up, nothing worked and I had really low self esteem. I went on Accutane for 6 months, which sort of worked, when I was a freshman in high school, but it just came back. When I was a senior in high school I was told I had cystic acne, it would never go away…
