Man I had to scroll soooo far down to find someone who saw that too! It's totally Blue Steel!

That still allows it to be optional. There's no reason that a person who feels it would add to their application shouldn't be able to take it, but for most people it's a waste of time and money. And applications are expensive enough as it.
All of my experiences say that grad school committees don't give a shit about the GREs. They don't help you get into grad school, they can only keep you out. If you have amazing GRE scores but still have <3.0 GPA then your application is probably going to tossed out. And GRE's don't differentiate between different…
me three! I love the Monkees!
I actually always thought of Dondarrion as a grizzled veteran kind of guy. I think it had something to do with the sense that he felt weary of battle, but couldn't stop because he needed to be the one to protect the common folk since no one else would.
The Fifth Element and Galaxy Quest are the two movies that I turn to after a bad day. They just cheer me up and make me laugh. My husband agrees (in fact I think we bonded over these movies).
There is a woman in my department who won a Nobel prize in medicine but completely bombed the GREs. She almost didn't get into grad school because of that and ended up finding ONE school that was willing to overlook her GRE score and focus on her school records and recommendations.
I barely do any of what you recommend, and I also don't get sick. In fact my husband has been dealing with a really bad cold for over a week now, and I'm feeling fine.
So you send someone nude pictures, which they post...which means they can't be trusted, so you would NOT send them nude photos...but you didn't know that until they were posted...so Catch22?
I was laughing sooo hard! And almost none of the regulars could keep a straight face. I just rewatched it now and it's even funnier than I remembered.
Yeah, I decided to rewatch it today! I miss that show.
Whenever I think of Richard Simmons, I always remember the time he was a guest star on "Who's Line is it Anyway?" It was the most hilarious episode I've seen.
When talking about grad school and medical school application costs, don't forget about the costs of taking the GRE and MCAT (I just checked, $160 for the GRE and $235 for the MCAT). It's not cheap and most people need to buy a book for studying.
This Thanksgiving I discovered that my grandmother is a secret hipster. Because she told me she liked Uggs before they became popular...
Looks interesting. Just added to my wishlist, thanks!
My grandfather made my a dollhouse very similar, like a large victorian house with real wallpaper, and lots of detailing. They also gave me furniture to put in it, but no dolls. What's funny was that instead of human figures, I had all of these small animal figures that I used instead. They were still family units,…
I've never known the correct lyrics either, doesn't stop me from singing the incorrect lyrics in the car in a very loud voice.
I love the ears! They do look like they could be twins. Marley is part chow, part shepard but has other breeds mixed in as well.
I have a friend that specifically adopts older cats. I think he did adopt one that was around 9-10 years old.
I've heard it's similar with cats as well, black cats are harder to adopt. I don't get it either but I have a black dog and my brother has a black cat.
