Attacking the hero’s home is a way to demonstrate an opposing character’s skill set or threat level. Depending on how it’s used it’s an effective way to physically and mentally challenge the hero or it’s a lazy way to add unearned tension and drama to a story.

How would you enunciate Deathstroke’s dialogue on the cover?

The sound of a slow clap is coming from St Louis.

That guy probably feels the same way about Jason Segel as you do, if his joke from This is The End is any indication.

Good point, let’s say Obi Wan’s character is inconsistent and changes to fit a narrative.

If a vocal minority had their way Jar Jar should have been Darth Binks or whatever so IDK...

I liked Jinx...

You brought up Thundercats while discussing TT vs TTG...

You think TTG was made to sell toys?

Maybe Bendis/Snyder following in Rucka/Brubaker’s steps?

IDK whatever fan service needs it gets now and days. I’ll five star the shit out of Last Jedi just to get back at prequel and Clone Wars/Rebels fans...

Hot headed? What a revisionist piece of history. Obi Wan spent the prequels talking hot headed Jedi (Jinn & Skywalker) our of being impulsive and trying to get them to follow orders.

Agreed. I unfortunately feel the need to ID myself as an OT fan - even saw ROTJ in theaters! - and I could care less what Ben was up to. That said, I’d love to see Ewan as an aged Ben Kenobi.

He looks like the Wizard’s season.

I’d love to see Snyder on more crime-style storytelling after is JLA run. Maybe a crime-centric Black Canary book?

I was sold when Robin capped Kid Flash’s knee so he could beat him in a foot race.

Thundercats?

At some point it would be awesome to get a true behind the scenes story of Vader. It’s hard to deny that if you just watch Star Wars Vader is basically hired muscle. I know Lucas likes to go all Trump on the truth behind SW and tell us that it was ALWAYS Anakin’s story so I doubt we’ll ever get a history of Vader’s
