Oooo that took me a second. Well done!
Yeah, that's all I need while working: a desktop background that makes me stop blinking.
I have seven or eight Asus laptops kicking around the house. I bought them because Asus tends to be pretty good in the bang-for-the-buck category compared to the heavyweights, but the longer I have them, the less I like them.
Rough neck so go check the law and abide
Unspeakable things.
So one guy (Goyer) makes a cliched joke about comic book nerds, and that means Warner is embarrassed to be making comic book movies.
You can keep asserting things if you like, and I'll just keep saying, "no, they're not."
Nonsense. There is literally no evidence to support this assertion (embarrassed at making comic book movies, I mean), and it defies even basic logic.
No flying Daleks for Colin Baker. All you get is a levitating Davros.
This may be legend, but it's absolutely not true.
Agree to disagree, I suppose. I always felt Chicago was hideous.
Cutting edge?
John Christopher's Tripods trilogy would be awesome. Of course, parts of it were made into a BBC series many years ago, but a modern (and complete) telling would be fantastic.
A wonderful, amazing two-parter, even!
Agreed. I adore the original Blake's 7, but the Liberator was one of the worst ship designs ever. Just an eyesore.
Ah, OK. That makes way more sense. :)
Holy crap, I don't think I'd ever be able to sleep again after going through that.
Yeah, why she let the crime boss and his cronies even threaten them is beyond me. "I need to focus," she says, but c'mon. 10 seconds to levitate them all away or make them explode or whatever magic spell she chooses to cast, and then she can focus all she likes without fear of interruption or, y'know, lots of people…
Totally disagree. Asimov and Clarke created fictional science built on top of real-world science.
