What you described seems to be - so far - mainly what they’ve done giving Mighty Car Mods a slot on the Disco network, too. So far, not terrible.

Ride with them. Do they seem like they are afraid? Bad driver. I’m not advocating outright aggression, but own your place on the road. Watch what others are doing and adjust accordingly, but know what you are going to do (or what your options are) long before the other guy does his/her thing.
