I'm actually conducting a study right now on Otitis Media in Adolescents (that is, ear infections in kids) - and one of the points we're looking at is the use of prescription antibiotics at the first visit versus the use of analgesics (pain killers) coupled with the wait-and-see method.

Wife was a carrier for MRSA, confirmed when we had our second child. First birth was uneventful, but second ...you know that it spread.

The only vaccine to still (possibly) contain the mercury-based Thimerosol is the annual flu vaccine. No other vaccine given in the US has contained the mercury-derived preservative since 1999.

It's still 2,000 lbs to a ton ...right?
Or did he have 500 kg and get crushed by half a metric tonne?

That's exactly how I learnt (well, more accurately, I broke things & then tried my best to figure out how to fix them before my parents found out & I got in trouble).

The ONLY buyers of this vehicle will be (1) motor-nuts who think the diesel hybrid is awesome enough to warrant owning this exact SUV and (2) prospective SUV owners who want something German with an alt-fuel option and seven seats ...at less than the $60k a Q7 TDI or $70k that the MB GL bluetec demand.

I just bought Justin Bieber's gold-plated Lambo ...and had the gold plating changed to

Top tier is a 35% federal tax rate, which certainly applies to winnings of several million dollars. The Fed automatically withholds 25% at the time of payment, but when they file their 2013 return, they'll owe the difference. Obviously, the smart choice is to take the extra 10% and put it into a short-term security

Nate -

If you're lucky, Christie would let you have one slice from the pie.

Oscar Gamble, FTW.

Had a group in grad school who was going to do a report on the mega Mercedes and heard them butchering the name. I told them that I was going to help them.

I'm pretty sure that all the baddies drove Stealths and got chased by Viper.

If you've never sprinted through a hospital, I highly recommend it. People totally stare at you. It's awesome.

Where does a dry-erase board fall in here? We have one in the kitchen that gets updated towards the end of each month with the activities and appointments for the following month. Changes are quick, it's highly visible, and it's current. There's space on one side for annotations and reminders of things to add to the
