there is ALREADY a live action adaptation of the work starring an all-Japanese cast and set in Japan. That is the real deal. This is a REMAKE that is set in America that only retains the story. It’s no different than Breaking Bad’s Columbian remake.

Death Note isn’t whitewashing though. Stop misusing that term. It’s an American remake. The only thing that gets retained in a remake is the story and the characters are “localized” for the new setting.

Buy a good sd card. Samsung’s 256 gig EVO card is 80mbs/sec, which is fast enough. And the 3DS shows that games still have decent loading time even when loaded off an SD card.

I think you are misremembering things. It takes 2 hours to get to your first random encounter. 20 hours to get to the class change place. Yes it is a long game, but it has a long story. It’s not 80% grinding like someone seemed to suggest. If a Final Fantasy game is a 3 hour animated movie, Dragon Quest 7 is a 100…
