Happened to my friend in this wonderful state of CA. Was at a party that was broken up, went to his car to sleep off his intoxication, was arrested for DUI because of intent. It was eventually reduced to a lesser charge, but still made his life hell as far as operating an automobile for a handful of years.

such a badass aircraft. I was lucky enough to watch an extended B-1 performance at Edwards Air Force Base roughly 15 years ago because one of the other performers couldn't go that day. Incredibly impressive machine.
