It’s not too dissimilar (though most of these interfaces look same-y for necessary reasons). That being said, Estuary uses 100% less orange which is sort of a plus for me. I love Plex. Use it all the time. But orange has to be my least favorite color for an interface on my TV. Maybe that’s on purpose. Maybe a softer

One thing I like better about this is it automatically puts your notes in front of you. So if I need to see a daily reminder or something, it’s right there when I open a new tab. It’s also a bit quicker to open (for me at least) than my Google docs. There are a lot of other great options out there! I just liked this

That one’s been going on for a long time now though. I think I’ve been getting them off and on for about two years. I called back once. Asked for his badge number and a direct line. Of course, he argued with me telling me he needed my SS before he could give me that. I finally got tired of playing, told him to eff off

Seeing the word “menstruation” causes you a significant amount of distress?

Re: advice like “Greet your apartment before you clean.”...hefty dose of something like spiritualism in here that I really had to work to disregard.

She doesn’t talk about tools well, IMHO. You might not feel joyous at the thought of cleaning, but some brooms are much better than others. If you’re using a broom that’s not the right size for you, or that isn’t meant to sweep whatever it is you’re sweeping (outdoor broom in an indoor kitchen, for example) you’ll be

I can say from a tabletop gaming standpoint, the Mini is just too mini. And if you want to use it to write as well, it just doesn’t quite cut it... The pro is overkill imo, but the Air 2 is just right for that kind of stuff.

Having owned tablets of all sizes (the iPad Pro lately, the iPad 2, and a 7” Nexus), I’d say the Air 2 is the better balance. Unless you want portability (in which case go with the Mini), the Air 2 is the Goldilocks happy medium for gaming, reading, and productivity, IMO. The Pro is huge, but too big for everyday

Mini is a pretty great size, IMO, for casual reading, browsing, Twitter, yadda yadda. However, if you have an iPhone 6, then the Mini feels kind of redundant since the 6 and 6 Plus are pretty big. And the iPad Pro is HUGE (cool in its own way). Perhaps iPad Normal-Sized is your best bet.

SOunds like the Air fits into the Goldilocks zone of usage to me. WHICH IS JUST WHAT APPLE INTENDED I BET MAYBE

So I might not be the best person to answer this one because I have an old iPad 3, and its size has been absolutely perfect for my needs. I think the Pro is probably too big for my tastes (although I imagine it’d rock for tabletop gaming) and the Mini is portable, but I think too small to do anything really but read

Just as an extra:

Ok but according to this same poll so do like 19% of Democrats so the only conclusion is that overall as a nation we are goddamn morons. Clearly whoever gets the nomination on either side needs to make their campaign slogan “You ain’t never had a friend like me!”

Sure, but I think you’re missing the point a bit by reducing it to narcissism. For, ahem, me, it’s about strengthening all my relationships, which is nice for everyone involved.

I like to think that modeling behavior would work here. Emulate the change you want to see in her, encourage her to pick up on it. I try this with my husband—as he does with me. I think it’s working, too.

I have this problem and I’m pretty sure it’s due to a deeply-ingrained need to please everyone around me. I think it’s also why I avoid confrontation, even when it’s to my detriment.

My husband started quoting the office (Season 3, episode 19) when Andy says “Apology not accepted. Because it wasn’t even necessary in the first place.” It’s a humorous reminder that I’m apologizing for something I don’t need to be apologizing for.

Is this finally going to give me the option to download the entirety of the continental US like Here? Or are we still locked down to small areas that are approximately the size of the small 20k person city I live in?

Here's one:
