Kratom helps me with chronic pain too. These people in here on their soapboxes need to look at the people it actually helps. How many people that take pure Kratom die a year compared to people that die from opiates that take them for a chronic pain disease or condition?

Desmethyltramadol can cause people to die. Kratom by itself does not. Who does this hurt? People with chronic pain conditions that now have to take dangerous opioids & other dangerous drugs to get some pain relief.
