Yeah, that's smart isn't it, comparing the online multi-player of 2 individual games with short lifespans available a singular device, to the online subscription service of one of the biggest electronic and gaming companies in the world that spreads across multiple devices. Christ its like comparing identical

I'm not sure you fully understand how the service works. Lets say in 5 years Sony stop supporting the PS3... and lets say, they stop supporting the IGC on PS3. What makes you think they will stop supporting PS+ ?

The service exists outside the PS3. It is available on the PSP, PSV, PS3, PS4 and accessible through

I thought it was obvious that Kotaku loves a bit of S'n'M ?

Nice twist on a Homer line.

It surprises me that the PSX hasnt been mentioned more with comparison to the XBOne. Innovation eh.

If you aren't already, get on PS+. All those lovely games. I don't own a Vita yet, and I have over 30 games because of PS+.

How does this happen ?

I mean, how does somebody who hasn't played the Panzer series, be given the review duties for its spiritual successor ? (and this isn't a slight Patricia, I have no issue with the review, your style, or you. I quite enjoy reading your mind)

Same thing happened with the new Killzone on the PS4.

1 million in the US/Canada is amazing, with all their other 2013 launch areas still to come, I really cant see them having an issue reaching 3 million by years end.

Thankfully we will be looking at his back the majority of the game :D

Im actually surprised not to see both PS1+2 support. They have the emulators for them, they use them on the PS3. My guess is that it just wasn't a priority for launch and will be patched in soon. It is all optional, as it is on the PS3.

Your idea about how it works are correct. The mirrored effect is essentially just a duel broadcast. You can change the TV channel or even turn it off. Doesn't effect the PSVita connection to the PS4. So, you're fiance can switch back over to the PS4 channel and watch you play if she wishes.

Wednesday is when the embargo lifts I believe, and they will both have reporters at the PS Event going on in New York. Same can be said about most big gaming sites and magazines.

Damn, that's a handy site, cheers :D

Thank you kindly :)

Time is that in Europe ?

For the PS4 ,It seems it was done for several reasons. Cost would be a big one. Keeps production costs and consumer price low. Works for both sides. Allows them to release updated consoles with bigger HDD's in the future at the same price as now. Allows them to cut the price of the 500GB when that happens. Similar to

There may be no external adverts on the home page, but those "promotional modules" are advertisements. They are advertising services/products newly available for purchase through XBox One. Calling them "promotional modules" instead of "advertising modules" doesn't change this fact. You Stephen, usually see through

This will last about as long as it takes for the PSVitaTV to be released worldwide.

This is possibly my favorite Kotaku article themed on the next gen. I love it. One thing, you don't have to be on your own Wifi connection for remote play, its just recommended due to the quality of connection. (though in your scenario, you would of course be on your own Wifi)

"You can't play music on the system while
