I paid €80 in total for a PSP 3000 and a 8 gig memory Card. On that atm I have a Library of GB and GBA games, SNES library, Final Fantasy Crisis Core, a few PS1 games, Mario 64 and Zelda Ocarina of Time with a bit of space left over, all through ROMs and emulators.
Atm, probably the PSP. Dirt cheap, simple to crack, easy to emulate pretty much every system up to the N64 (including PSP games). Got one at the start of the year. Best purchase ever. From what I understand too, the PSV is great for emulation, simply because it can emulate the PSP. Ill know more about that soon.
