So 15% of sales are gifts??

Counter-point: The company that brought us the Prius (and the textbook definitions of “reliable cars”) is now under attack for not following Musk and the Lemmings off the cliff? News Flash: Toyota is based in a country with ZERO petroleum reserves. Nobody has a greater incentive to cut carbon and reduce oil usage than

It amazes me that people will go to a dealership without a clue of what they can afford or even want.  If I’m going in it’s to test drive a specific car that I know I can afford (or know I can’t but want to test for other reasons)

Friendly neighborhood car sales men here...

Frankly, this is all stuff they should teach you in high school. Everyone should know what negative equity, depreciation, interest rates, etc. are before they enter the real world.

No you don’t have to, it just helps.  Still, for a mid-size CUV, they should really target some realistic EV-only range.  25 miles is stupid in this modern age.

It trades EV range for better cargo space, passenger space, and much higher hybrid MPG (55 for Prime, versus 43 for the volt). It’s also a good bit cheaper, and has a nicer interior.

My mother just purchased an Outlander, on a positive note though it isn't a Nissan.

And pretty much the only car Mitsubishi sells over here

I’m genuinely amazing that the RAV-4 PHEV didn’t come out sooner. Honestly my biggest surprises from this article are that Toyota’s only plug-in hybrid is the Prius Prime and that the Prius Prime only gets 20-25 miles of electric only range. That’s less than the original Volt.

Don’t forget Outlander PHEV, which is currently the best-selling PHEV SUV in the world.

Musk doubled down, and suggested that the lack of a lawsuit at the time was tantamount to proof that Unsworth was a pedophile.

Douchebags galore in this situation. From Musk saying a douchebag comment to the old man being a douchebag for suing to Musk hiring a douchebag ex-con. People need to think before they speak

I met so many grifters like this when I was in the Special Forces.

There are two kinds of fire hydrants in the world. Wet barrel hydrants and dry barrel hydrants.

I am terribly disappointed that the fire hydrant is not spewing water 80 feet in the air and dozens of children have not come to frolic in it. Another Hollywood myth shattered.

You do realize that a CD has higher fidelity/audio quality than shitty streaming, right? Oh, and he owns the music. Doesn’t have to worry about an internet connection. Doesn’t just lose his music when his subscription is cancelled. Yet he can still put the music on all his devices. Doesn’t have to worry about the

You can shut off your brain and enjoy it. It’s non-intrusive, not fussy, and not demanding in any way. You get in and drive a reliable and comfortable vehicle. I liken it to the HGTV of cars, but BBT applies too.

When was the last time you walked up to someone and said " Dude! Ugly car! "?

If your sole purpose is to support the artist in the best way possible then yes you are a hero and I cannot argue. But if that’s the only reason you want a CD player, so you can buy the CD at a concert like it’s convenient, you need to get with the times. With the $14 you pay for the CD you could get a month and a
