When Mulally was running the show at Ford, the company was focused on making world-class products people want and value; small, medium, and large; cars, trucks, and utilities. And they were on their way to doing that.

Margin is the only thing that matters. Margin tells you that you could have a company half the size of Ford and still make 7 billion. It’s a measure of efficiency, and inefficient companies die.  

Sounds like every American company these days, barring a select few.

I think the Titan’s sales performance is based on region. Here in Alabama and in Mississippi, Titans can’t stay on the lot long enough.
