Except it’s not that interesting in the “it can kill you” factor as everyone thinks. It’s surprisingly easy to drive and maintain. A lot less fun than I thought it’d be and definitely overrated in the “crazy” factor (been daily driving a 2002 GTS for the past 4 months)

why the hell are you gray!? AH I am too!? what is going on?

And most of the old vipers are still owned by older men.

2002 is going to be my next car, no joke. It is going to replace the void my classic mini left when I sold it.

For me it was never toys. Subscription to motor trend and, the most important part, conversations about what we read. I don't think I ever had any car toys, but have always loved cars.

Sounds like typical CL responses, for sure! Great article and good luck with your sale. I’m surprised you didn’t have any “will you take my 99 Civic plus $1000 cash in trade?”

Beautiful motorcycle. Thanks for the info and good read/great pics.

Ugh, ridiculous that this keeps happening. These guys need some public shaming.

The Viper keeps making these lists. I’ve let several friends drive mine in the 6 months I’ve owned it (2002 GTS). As long as they aren’t idiots then might as well share it and see them super happy.

“errrrrr...not sure what we should name it”

That looks exactly like mine

Well said Tyler. You're helping make the FP better!

This is right. Amazing car. I owned one for a while and the fit and finish was amazing. Driving it was glorious; although I don't know that sporty is the best word. Slam your foot on the pedal and the V8 does come to life.

Elise.

boom. roasted.

I’ve always loved the idea of a cayman, but back when I had an elise I thought about buying one so I test drove an s and was very unimpressed. But an elise will ruin most cars for you.

Countach has to be worse than a Viper for traffic. Right?

stykers are green and have been green

Now, if he was sending tickets to people going 5 under in the left lane he would be my hero.
