I agree...if EOM is in the subject I know I do not need to open it. If it's not there I am frustrated and disappointed when I open the message and there is nothing else there.

Thanks for the suggestion...that sounds like fun. I am going to check it out right now.

I think there are if you are a premium user. I just started a journal in Evernote and am looking at upgrading to premium just so that I can password protect that journal and other notes I might want to keep private.

Windows open? Apparently you don't live in Texas....just not an option here.

I learned this almost as soon as the tabbed interface was introduced as gmail also misfiled a couple of legitimate emails that were NOT ads under the promotions tab. I was looking for an email someone claimed to have sent and couldn't find it and guess where it was hiding...the promotions tab. Didn't take me long

Ditto the recommendation on Goodreads. It already organizes things for you into READ, READING, or WANT TO READ. It also has an app for Android or Iphone so anytime I hear or see a new book I want to read I just pop open the app and add it to my "to read" list. I also really like the review and recommendation

Ditto the recommendation for Evernote...it rocks and is available on Android, Iphone and online or on your desktop pc. Makes it easy to write wherever you are!

I agree with drognch...you can get a sturdier desk pretty cheaply say on Craigslist or something...just don't see the need for a "cardboard" one. Just seems pretty environmentally "unfriendly" when you could easily recycle an older desk. I've even seen some really nice ones FREE on CL if you are willing to pick them
