Turn on “hard mode” and you don’t have the option.

With all the talk about autonomous trucking... perhaps they did.

Star Wars had me until Alice Eve changed clothes.

Space opera.

How about American Graffiti?  Look, here’s a bunch of cars you can’t buy anymore.  Where were you in ‘62?

In here is the only place I’m not.

I used to start with RATES, but switched to ORATE to add a vowel.  Playing in hard mode I don’t want to ditch the I and U just yet.  The trick is to avoid getting stuck in a rut full of green squares early like ..ILL and have a hundred things it could be.

You mean the mobs surrounding one person?

I think the difference this time is that what is blocking traffic, is traffic.

It’s so satisfying to watch the third brake light come on again after the impact.

Obviously this Tesla identifies as a GM-EMD.

Think of it more like the indicators on a semi fender. Amber indicates the vehicle is approaching you, red indicates the vehicle is travelling away from you.

If you’re only there to put money on a Squares board, you truly DGAS who wins.

I have a C10 that may have been used in Smokey & the Bandit.

Yep.  Impound 101 is “check the trunk for people”.

What moves the control surfaces? Unpowered hydraulics?  If so, sure, gliding is an option, but you’re still at takeoff weight.  Hell, you even have to land at takeoff weight no matter what.  Even without failure concerns, I’m going to be a skeptic on electric airliners being a commercially viable option.

This seems like a bad layout for takeoff.

I’m sure there is some scenario where a power failure in a cell phone or an automobile is fatal...

That depends on the voltage requirement. I’m guessing a plane isn’t 3.7v or less... So you have to put Li-Ion cells in series, just like PbAc, but they don’t hold as many Coulombs, so a bunch of stacked cells have to be in parallel.
