The show has basically gone into super secret mode for this season. We've usually had a bunch of casting announcements by this point in the year, but clearly they're getting everyone involved with the show to keep their lips tight. So, them keeping widely expected roles "secret" for now wouldn't surprise me.

After Iron Man 3 I believe Paltrow said she did not want to do a fourth one, which I assume also meant she didn't want to do more Marvel movies in general.
